Return Policy
All of our products are custom made, therefore only orders that are shipped incorrectly can be returned, and must be returned within 30 days. Orders that were shipped on time and were made correctly cannot be returned. We make every effort to insure all orders are made on time and made right! In the off chance your order is wrong, spiritdecals.com will gladly redo the order, or refund your money - including shipping and handling costs.

We maintain hardcopies of your order under locked file cabinets. Our site measures certain traffic patterns that don't deal with your personal information.
Spiritdecals.com will ship your order via UPS or US Postal service. Faster services are available upon request. Most orders ship within 3 days. Personal checks will delay shipment by 7-10 working days for check to clear. Shipping rates are based on weight and speed (Overnight, second day, or three day).
